Why did you choose accounting for your career? Why ACCA?
I have always enjoyed accounting and maths and decided to do my professional exams with ACCA because of their exceptional reputation worldwide.
What field of work or study were you in before you started your ACCA exams?
Dublin Business School, BA Accounting and Finance
Why did you choose Accountancy School?
Accountancy School has a great record of high pass rates and of producing prize winners each year, and I was confident that the courses would give me the best chance of passing the exams on the first try.
What advice would you give to someone starting their ACCA journey?
To study consistently from the start, to do as much exam practice as possible and to do a mock paper to get a realistic picture of your progress. It’s also really important to have some downtime to avoid becoming overly stressed before your exam.
