Why did you choose accounting for your career? Why ACCA?
I chose accounting as I love dealing with numbers and I love the organisational and project management skills that it requires. I chose ACCA as it is a globally recognised qualification that offers plenty of opportunities to work anywhere in the world.
What field of work or study were you in before you started your ACCA exams?
Accounting (audit)
Why did you choose Accountancy School?
I chose Accountancy School because I like the structure of the lectures and, of course, the quality of the lecturers. I particularly like the exam tips being provided, and I find the study materials well put and easy to follow.
What advice would you give to someone starting their ACCA journey?
My advice would be to be brave enough to take risks and work hard to achieve your goals. It’s a challenging but very rewarding journey, as there are lots of learning opportunities along the way, but your dedication and hard work will be all worth it when you see your dreams turn into reality.
What is your career goal after gaining your ACCA qualification?
To be able to practise accountancy and become a Responsible Individual (RI) in the field of audit and assurance.
