Dublin accountants rank among best in the world

Four Dublin City students have ranked among the best in Ireland and the world in their accountancy exams.

The students all finished first in Ireland in each exam and are Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) students at Dublin-based online college, Accountancy School.

Rob O’Connell, from Ballsbridge, finished second in the world in his Performance Management exam; John Sandiford, from Dublin 8, ranked seventh worldwide in Taxation; Alfred Huntington, from Spencer Dock, was 15^th globally in Financial Reporting and Ethan Kilmer, from Dublin 2, ranked fourth and seventh in the world in Financial Management and Taxation. 

Of the worldwide number of 500,000 ACCA students, approximately 8,000 of whom study in Ireland, Rob, John, Alfred and Ethan were among 28 fellow Accountancy School students to finish first in Ireland.
